1. Cancellation of Orders

1.1 Pre-Delivery Cancellation

Orders for contract templates or other digital products may be cancelled prior to delivery or download. Please contact customer service immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

1.2 Post-Delivery Cancellation

Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, cancellation is generally not available. Please refer to our Refund Policy for potential options.

2. Subscription Cancellations

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service at info@slawanmakoda.live.

2.2 Effective Date

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the billing period.

2.3 Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation of a subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

3. Service Cancellations

3.1 Custom Contract Services

For custom contract development or consulting services:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellation after work begins: Prorated charges based on work completed.

3.2 Notification Requirements

Cancellation requests for custom services must be submitted in writing with at least one week’s notice.

4. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate services at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Technical or operational issues

In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
